It was good and basic, general interview, not very technical questions, lots of guesstimates, and working with government and startup and consulting experience. 3 levels of interviews were had, with immidiate managers, HoD of group, and CEO of the company

3 rounds of interview from hiring manager all the way through to the CEO. The interview is based on the sector/country role but also overall on general policy ecosystem. It is a fairly simple process and they are quite quick with their turnaround.
