It was very simple and straightforward. The regional manager brought me in and we had a 1v1 interview. He was a good reference and brought meaningful pieces of conversation into the fold about the job. I really enjoyed hearing about their strategies in financial wholesaling because of not really having a background in the field much. Seemingly the interview was more a test of how I could fit in with the company personality wise moreso than with any relevant skills. I felt like they would teach me whatever they needed to had I received an offer. A good place for anyone to try and look at and an interesting industry to pursue. Somewhat of a hidden gem in the financial field.
Easy 30 min phone call where i spoke about myself and walked the entire team through my resume and what I did and for how long I was at specific jobs. They asked a few questions along the way but did not get into too much detail.

Spoke to many people, most of whom are peers, so that there will be broader buy-in from them. Also good opportunity for me to ask different or same questions of them

The female recruiter was very rude and did not represent her company well. She lectured me for not being prepared for the phone interview (her opinion) and every other word was “um”. She sounded very unprofessional.
