Applied online and got email reply after several weeks. They scheduled a on-site interview for me at their Hong Kong office. The interviewer is the department head, and the process lasts about 1 hour. All ordinary questions, not technical at all. Until the end of the interview I still don't know much about what the focus of the role is.

Lenghty communication, the whole process took about 4 months and ended with a standardized rejection email, 2 rounds of interviews, first with senior management then future workmates, questions non-technical, more about personal fit, relaxed atmosphere and friendly conversations, a bit uptight at times
