I applied online through my university. I got a call back a week later and scheduled a phone interview the next day. The following week I had my in-person interview which they call an interview "session." I was there for 2.5 hours and got to see what the job was like and got a tour of the office. The interview part took about 30-40 min. Everyone was nice and welcoming so I had a positive experience.
