My experience with this process was very disappointing. There was a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time, as responses were slow and communication was inconsistent. It felt as though there was little effort to engage with or keep candidates informed throughout the process. Overall, the experience left a negative impression, as it seemed that candidate experience was not a priority.
