I thought the interview process was very smooth. I think I applied on LinkedIn very easily. I remember having a phone interview first with HR shortly after I applied. I then came into the office for an in-person interview. I met with the person from HR I spoke to on the phone and then 2 of the employees I would be working closely with. I was asked to come in again sometime after that to meet with the head of HR and then went to lunch with the person who would be my manager and someone else from my department. I remember getting a call later this day with a job offer. I thought the process was very quick. I liked that I was able to come in and see the office. I also liked that I was able to go to lunch, this gave me a chance to get to know who I would be working with a little better and it really showed that the company cared about who they hired.
