Process ran for months and after 6 months for 2 different roles and in the end I was told you do not have the relevant experience. Was that not visible in my resume to them? Why did then need me to meet numerous people over many months to come to that conclusion?

6 job interview in 3 weeks, but got an offer right after. Very intensive availability needed, but great opportunity to meet all future work partners (coworkers, managers), as well as HR representatives. It seems to be a very good way to ensure a good integration within work teams and company values; I feel comfortable being myself, since my first day at the company.
