Was a very long and detail oriented job interview. The managers spent a lot of time making sure that the person who is hired is a good fit for the role - hence why there is so very little turnover in the company.

After applying online- forgot i even applied - then received email from recruiter almost 2 months later. Set up phone screen. Went well. Interviewed with hiring manager. It seemed to go very well. They then ghosted me. No email stating we’ve moved in with other candidates- nothing.
