The process started with a phone screen from a recruiter. I had also been referred by an employee. Then a call from the hiring manager. They were all very friendly and professional. Then I was invited for an in-person interview and it was very well organized and professional. They were very accommodating with my schedule and they were very thorough with their questions. Specific examples got great reactions and I heard that that impressed them. At then end another candidate was better suited.
