Screen people after 2 months Call for interview Reject without giving reasons Say that culture unfit even though qualification, performance, Education everything is good and waste everybody's time. No proper reasons even afer follow ups. Why to say, its nice to meet you when panel did not like the behaviour of candidate.
HR coordinator reached out a couple of days after I submitted my resume. We scheduled the interview via email. Interviewed with HR coordinator over the phone and discussed technical questions. Interview lasted 15 mins or so.
Over the phone interview questions with recruiter: What type of work do you find intriguing ? Explain accruals and prepaids What experiences or qualifications do you possess They also explained benefits and compensation package
