You contribute to a video/taped interview session in which other managers &/or leads review your answers and grade your performance. You also had to pass an on-line tax exam with some proficiency. Maybe 11/16 correct ?

Don't recall, as it was two years ago. Had to take a tax multiple choice test and score ~60% or greater.

This was a link sent in an email for a Virtual Interview. I am not a fan of a virtual interview since it is so impersonal. Apparently this is the wave of the future.
