Poor interviewing experience. Had 1+ hour phone interviews with a recruiter and the hiring manager and never heard a word back. Followed up with the recruiter 30 days after the 2nd phone interview and she responded that the hiring manager was still trying to decide if the position could be remote and had I given any thought to how that would work (I was a local candidate so the recruiter was clearly confusing me with another candidate).
