I had a phone interview with an outside recruiter first. The recruiter was very responsive and set up the interview at time that worked for us both. We talked for 30-45 minutes about my background and experience. I was told that I would hear about next steps in a week. Unfortunately, I did not hear back for over three weeks.

The initial interview process as very pleasant and refreshingly candid. Throughout conversations with several layers of recruiters and the hiring manager, the communication was great and the process moved quickly.
