IntouchCX’s hiring process is a complete mess. After clearing all interview rounds and getting a confirmed joining date, I showed up only to be told that they couldn't hire me due to 'miscommunication.' There’s no clear process, and multiple HR representatives didn’t respond properly or take any responsibility. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable—stay away from this company.

It was quite interesting .HR are friendly to candidates and make them confident. There will be online test before the interview process. Then we are requested to write an eassay on two different topics which they given all test will done in system.
