The interview process started off with a quick Zoom interview just to see if the job and I would be a good fit. Then I went into the office 2 or 3 times for additional interviews. Each time I met with multiple different people and was there for 1-1.5 hours. Everyone I spoke with was really personable and nice. This was going to be a new position they were creating, and in the end they decided to change it to be an administrative position rather than compliance.
