Firstly there was a phone interview by the HR. The call was brief and some usual general HR question like what are the roles you held and currently doing. Then followed by interview in person.

Straight forward - be strong with basics of finance and accounting. IFRS is mandatory as you will be working with counterparts following ifrs. Nothing to add beyond this. Good work environment and happy days but increment is generally poor
