Applied online. Got the call to come in for an interview a month and a half later. There was only one short interview with 2 people (A supervisor and lead technician). The whole process seemed very unprofessional, not what you would expect from such a large company. Got asked a couple of typical interview questions. Was taken on a tour of the facilities. Then was asked to weight out a sample as a test.

Self introducing myself as an artist is so much more than a job interview I have done for a while and it’s been so rewarding and fulfilling for so long I feel so much more comfortable in the world than ever and it’s just a lot more rewarding than the other people have done in my career so thank goodness
