J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intertek (Shanghai, Shanghai) en avr. 2014
Entretien
I first received a phone call from the person that I would be replacing who asked me a few questions about my background, motivations and future plans. The discussion was friendly, like a casual self-description with somebody that let me lead the conversation. About a week later, I received an email from the HR dpt asking me to come for an interview with the manager of the department. On d-day I met with the HR lady, the manager of the department and the person I would soon be replacing. I went again through a self-description and achievement records for the manager. All done in a pretty relaxed atmosphere in a small meeting room. They had prepared a few questions aiming at testing my English level which quickly proved to be above theirs since the beginning of the interview so we had a good laugh. They also asked me a few rather common questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" . I came prepared and all went fine, without breaking a sweat. All-in I stayed at the company for about an hour and a half. Two weeks later I was contacted for a second interview with the manager and his boss, the business line director. They told me that I had been short-listed, along with 2 other candidates, and that my experience with the life in China and the fact that I was already living in Shanghai played in my favor. This meeting was far less relaxed, I had to go again through a quick presentation and I was asked trickier questions about my salary expectations and other contractual stuff. After all, about another 2 weeks later, I finally received an email from HR with the final offer, which was close enough to what I had requested, hence I accepted withing 2 days. I was on board a week later.

Horrible. No communication or follow up with you after your interview. I had to keep checking back with them every step of the process. Very unprofessional. It seemed like each department I spoke with didn't communicate with each-other. I felt like they didn't really want to conduct the interview as much as they felt obligated to do it.
