The entire process took over 6 weeks - Email contact and phone screen with senior TA person - Initial Technical screen with Hiring Manager and Principal Data Scientist - Timing NLP assignment for 3 hours with Hiring Manager - Final round with the panel of 3 Data Scientists and Hiring Manager - lots of switching subjects questions leaving disoriented. The result - formal NO answer from TA person without any detail, not even a phone call. Total waste of my time, a long road in a desert leading nowhere.
