1. Java Assessment (Coding and MCQ's) 2. Technical Interview with Developer 3. Interview with Manager My assessment went well and I got call for next round. Next interview was with one of the developer of the company. Interviewer asked all core java questions and I answered each and every question properly. Then, I got feedback as my Java knowledge is really good and they are moving forward with the next round. The next round was originally scheduled for 2 hours with Managers (2 Managers were about to take 1-1 hour interview). In the first interview the manager asked me all non technical questions (I was expecting technical questions). First interview went for around 40 minutes and then he asked me to wait for another manager to move forward with next interview. But then I got message from them that the other manager is not available and they will reschedule my interview. I waited for 2 days for the update about rescheduled interview without any success. Then I called HR to ask about the update and they told me that they will check and reply me back shortly. After few minutes I got a mail from them that they are moving forward with another candidates. So the bottom line is, even if you have extremely good technical skills you should not waste your time applying to this company. Eventually you will get rejected. I think they are just marketing their company.

I got call from one of the recruiter of company. He asked me for Hacker rank test and I cleared. After clearing the test they called me for Face to Face interview in El Segundo office. First HR came and briefly explained me the interview procedure. After 5-10mins, one technical person came and asked me to write code on white paper. He was expecting me to write at least rough code and word to word. Mean while he checked my resume. After 10 mins I gave him solution for his question. He was happy with the solution and asked me to make some changes and I did correctly. Then he asked me about my previous job experience. He start discussing about company projects. After completing first interview round, HR again came and he said next person who gona take interview is not at office. I was surprised after calling me for interview, how he went?? HR told me that he you cleared first round we will call you for further round. I asked about the feedback, he said in evening he will get. I said OKAY and walked from office. I know I gave exact solution and still after 5days I got mail from HR and he mentioned you are not selected. I was shocked and I tried to reach HR but no response. I think they dont want to take candidates. They want to market themself.
