I submitted my resume and was contacted within one week. A recruiter called me and did a phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes. She then sent over a Case study for me to complete. About 3-4 days later another recruiter email me to schedule an in person interview. I came in for the interview and it lasted about 2 and 1/2 hours. I was interviewed by 2 managers in the HR department. I got the impression that the interview went well. I was told that O would be contacted within 4 business days to let me know the results of the interview. After 3 weeks I have still not been contacted. It would be nice if Internet brands contacted even the rejected candidates who have come in for an interview. They should not be telling people they will contact them regardless of the outcome and they do not.

I applied online through their website. I was contacted via email to find a time for a phone interview. That part of the process went quickly and I was appreciative. The recruiter that got in touch with me was also very empathetic and someone you'll like interviewing with. She was patient and transparent about the salary to see if this will be mutually beneficial for both parties.
I passed the phone screen and was sent a case study, which I sent back to her the next day. She notified me that she received it, but didn't hear back from her for a couple days. I felt like I did well on the case study as it was very easy, just 5 simple and straightforward questions to get to know if you know the HR policies and how you manage your workload. I emailed her back asking for the next steps. She replied 2 days later, which seemed like a standard template reply, that I didn't get the position. While her template reply was very kind, it would have been more helpful if she told me why I didn't land the position believe I was very qualified. They don't pay well and definitely below market price so I was glad she was open about that. Wasn't too disappointed in not getting the position and thus it's a neutral experience.
