Spoke with the recruiter, did a case study, and then came in for onsite and met 4 people. Case study was a fair assessment of my skill set for the position. Recruiter guided me through the whole process and kept me updated.

I have interviewed with Internet Brands a couple of times over the years and I will never do so again. The recruiters and coordinators have been rude and inconsistent. I had gone from being an HR Manager of a company with over 200 employees in the United States to a company with just 25 employees in the US but a large overseas headquarters that I'd be working closely with. I was also building the HR department from the ground up and excited about that change. When I mentioned this to the recruiter, he asked me why I took a demotion. I should have ended the process then but decided to keep going. I shouldn't have, mostly because I felt like I couldn't put my all into the interview.
