Entretien
A screening call, followed by two assessments: one a written editing test of two documents (around 1k words) and an online multiple choice test, followed by a two hour interview.
Leaving a negative review because the HR person needs additional training. During the course of my assessment for the role, they:
- Forgot about our scheduled call
- Provided inaccurate information about the hours of the role, which was later clarified during the 1:1 interview
- There was a problem with one of the online assessments, which I had to complete twice
- I was not offered the position and was never provided any feedback as to why - after the multiple assessments and lengthy interview I had (hours of my time), some feedback on why I wasn't selected would be professional. I was promised feedback by the HR person; I followed-up with them twice but never received anything.

Entretien
Had two phone interviews followed by a 3 hour editing test. Waited 1 month only to be told the position had to be closed due to COVID-19. Absolutely unprofessional considering how the virus has been around for months before this.
