I went through the interview process in late 2023. Applied and set up a phone interview with HR. Then was sent an personality assessment much like an IQ exam. THEN had to go through a process of recording a video interview rather than a hiring manager speaking with me. I should have declined at this point but I went ahead anyway. After submitting my video responses, I received a rejection email. Turns out the assessment I took "indicated" I was not a team player. So the HR rep could have told me to wait for the results from the assessment before going through the video interview instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend for anyone who hates this type of interview process. Doesn't reflect well on the company.
