Contacted about a month after I applied asking for a phone interview. Next was a virtual interview with a more senior department staff, then with the director. The whole process moved quickly but the HR recruiter was very nice and responsive during it. Each interview was short and to the point but conversational, I always felt comfortable. Afterwards, I had to submit 5 references and was offered a different role than the one I interviewed for just a day or two after.
