Overall experience was neutral. First there was 30 minutes initial call with recruiter and then about week later 1h interview via Teams with the recruiter and hiring manager. Standard behavioral questions plus some technical ones. One HUGE minus is lack of feedback. I was informed that they will get back to me with decision in maximum 2 weeks and it's been well over that, and there still was no contact from the recruitment team. I am aware that in that situation most likely there won't be any offer, but no feedback/information (even an automated e-mail) to a person that went through entire recruitment process makes International Paper look bad.
