Sad that this is how they do business: letting their own mistakes hurt candidates and their own corporation because the recruiters are competitive it seems. What does how they mess up what's going on in their office have to do with the candidate? I guess the cattiness means some other company will benefit from the candidate. IP has had problems retaining their REACH engineers because so many quit, don't ask yourself why when this is how they treat people who are honest and qualified. People in offices or WFH who have never worked in manufacturing trying to understand how to find hardworking facility managers but let the "mean girl" attitudes get in the way of International Paper's success.
