Interview process has four rounds: 1. test which consists of basic chemistry questions (10). 2. weighing test (triple beam balance): they will give set of samples and candidate has to weigh the samples (this round is timed) 3.interview With the Manager (questions asked: tell me about yourself and past work experience) 4. Writing standards (ex: protocol for electric cooker. They will provide you template to write the protocol.) Overall interview takes about 4 hours.
