I was given information about the school, onboarding process and the city to read before the interview. The interviewer was very very friendly but professional. I answered questions about my strengths and weaknesses, my experience of doing the CELTA and how I would approach teaching classes with different kinds of students (e.g. exam preparation classes, young learners, C1 level learners).

Interviewer was friendly, they ask you questions to ensure your eligibility and that you are prepared for the role. Interviewer gave feedback and was open and did not make me feel like just another number.

They asked me to talk about myself, my experience as a teacher and why I applied to that job. Then I presented a lesson for young learners to demonstrate my ability to create materials and lesson plans.
