J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez International (Naperville, IL) en mars 2016
Entretien
There was an on campus interview after they came to my university's job fair. Then on site interview. I drove the day before, and they put me in a hotel, with a dinner to meet current employees that night. The next day we toured their main campus and their Monroe park facilities. There were 5 interviews over the course of the day.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez International (San Antonio, TX) en févr. 2025
Entretien
The whole process took about three (3) weeks.
The first stage was a 10 to 15 minute phone screening with a recruiter.
The questions were your typical phone screening questions: Tell me about yourself; what can you tell me about the company?; why do you want to work for this company? However, the phone screening started with questions I had for the recruiter. Watch out for that, and have some questions prepared.
The next stage was a virtual interview where I was asked two (2) different types of questions: 1. Behavioral questions, and 2. ``Freeform" technical background questions. I was expected to answer the questions using the STAR method. The interview took about an hour, with the first set of questions taking up the most time (about 40 minutes).
A few complaints, but nothing major:
I was told I would be interviewing with 2 to 3 people, but at the time of the interview 4 interviewers showed up. The interviewers did not appear to come prepared for this interview as they were talking amongst each other about what questions to ask me.
Overall, it was a good experience and an easy interview process.
