Very unprofessional. A message was left on my phone to contact in regards to resume I submitted. I called and no response so left message. No response in 24 hours and so called back and reached contact. Suddenly it turned into a phone screen interview. I had no idea as that was not stated nor was an email sent stating a scheduled phone interview screen. This is important because I had about a 5 minute window when I called but had I known ahead it was a screen I would have set aside 30 minutes and been in my office. A question was asked about a skill in which I had not recently had to perform at previous positions but that I am capable of. The tone immediately changed and was told I would receive an email or call back within a week to schedule an interview, although she stammered in that. Nobody ever reached back out to schedule anything or say hey we chose another candidate. Poor reflection of this company and speaks to lack of organization and professionalism.

Panel interview that was very friendly and not intimidating at what so ever. Asked basic questions like past experiences and conflict resolution. Overall an average interview experience on the difficulty level!
