Applied online via IHC website. It took about 2 weeks to be contacted for an interview. Interview went well and the staff was very friendly. I hadn't heard back 2 weeks later so I contacted them to follow up and received an email requesting references. 5 days later I was contacted with an offer.

I was told that I didn’t have experience even though my resume states I have at least three years of experience related to the job that I applied to. My guess is the recruiter ignored applications and hired a friend because she wouldn’t reach out to me personally or by email after I attempted to contact her multiple times. I was informed of my lack of experience by the main recruiting office and they apologized for her behavior.
