The interview process was rather swift in the beginning and the talent acquisition team was very accommodating. However, after what I presume was the final round of interviews, there was nothing but radio silence. It’s been almost a month and after several email inquiries and follow ups, it’s safe to assume I didn’t get the role. That’s fine and all, but I would like to think that a start up company prides itself on professionalism and integrity and would take 30 seconds to send a canned rejection email instead of ghosting candidates who took time to research the company and the role.
