Initial contact by recruiter via mail. 1 round interview with the hiring manager and team in India. The interviewer camera was off, Felt a bit awkward to just see myself and speak. The interviewer finished up within 20 mins even though it was an hour’s time booked. He did not seem interested. After two weeks, Got a mail stating I’ve cleared the round. Final round was yet with a similar position person in India. The camera at least was on. Asked for brief background about myself, Told a bit about the job specs and that’s it. Interview over. Haven’t heard back since. The recruiting team needs to be more communicative. Ghosting candidates is a negative indicator towards company culture
