Entretien
One of the more interesting companies i’ve interviewed with regarding their manners and entire process. I would simply have to pass if I ended up going through another interview with them. First interview was with the hiring manager who said she didn’t wanna conduct the interview with the camera on and basically just shared her screen with showcasing confidential client emails and said this was the work flow. No real input on the job and was not the best conversationalist in any regard. I found it insane she was showing me confidential emails on the first 30 min intro interview and she wouldn’t turn on her camera (RUDE) second interview was just as bad and he also wouldn’t turn his camera on. Is this a new standard for interviews in 2022 to not have face to face interactions and just not have a camera on for a professional job interview… so rude to do that to candidates. To be honest the interviewers were just all around not good people to represent the company. The HR guy was also just as bad calling and texting me multiples times about stuff and emailing me. Most people are busy 9-5 and cannot answer texts and calls throughout the day. Most of all of the communication regarding this role could of been handled via email and that is standard. I ended up getting an auto email that the role has been filled and a call from HR so that was respectful. All around would never consider another role going through what i went through and the lack of consideration and disorganization from the org as a whole. DO NOT INTERVIEW CANDIDATES WITH YOUR CAMERA OFF. Run from this company.
