I was contacted by different recruiters about the same role, which already tells you about how well processes are organised at Intercom. The people I met during the interview were actually nice and I had a good time talking with them, but their inputs were unimpressive. They ghosted me after the third stage without even sharing high-level feedback. Intercom is a product that has long forgotten the meaning of producing something impactful. Avoid.
