Had a phone interview with three people(Technical/Design/HR ) in the room taking turns to ask questions for about an hour. After, they asked to send more of illustrative/drawing work even though the position was for UX Designer they kept asking if I doodle at home during free time. I got home and send what they asked - graphic work, drawing and even paintings. And then ghost - nothing.
