J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Interactive Brokers

I applied through a recruiter. I did some basic research on the company by googling and reading glassdoor reviews. One thing that stuck out was, there were multiple complaints about a strictly no work from home policy. When HR finally got back to me with a link for an online test, I asked him about this and he confirmed it was indeed the policy.
Most companies (even financial) these days issue laptops or have VPN infrastructure to let employees remote into their workstations. I told him I am going to pass and did'nt proceed any further with their process.

Online coding test, 3 assignments for 60 min. time - physically impossible to complete.
I suspect they just use the test to filter out most folks, and provide test answers to those they select using non-professional criteria.

I didn't hear back from them yet and assumed that i didn't get through that round
