J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez InterWorks (Stillwater, OK) en juil. 2025
Entretien
There were a total of 4 interviews. First was a basic interview with HR, second was a technical interview with several different people, third was an interview with an IT manager. Once I made it through these I was invited to the Stillwater corporate office where I was asked to prepare a 10-15 presentation on a topic of my choice followed by a face to face interview with the CEO.
Overall I had a great experience on these interviews. Everyone was friendly and I did not see a single red flag. Although I was naturally disappointed that I did not receive an offer I feel like the interview itself was a growing experience and I'm better for it. It seems like an incredible company to work for and I still hold onto some hope that a fitting position for me eventually opens.
Lastly they were kind enough to email me that I was not selected, which I do find very considerate. While its always disappointing I did appreciate hearing an answer.

Brutal drilling by senior management to test knowledge, and ability to think on feet. Was, for the most part, a question and answer on various topics ranging form all aspects of system management and maintenance, and covered a lot of what I'd done in the past, and how I'd handled "difficult" employers or customers. Don;t think you;re gonna BS you're way through this, cause they'll ground you real quick. Those that do not know their stuff need not apply.
