Brief introduction from the interview panel which was formed by four people from different degrees of expertise. Three from headquarters and one from a country office. In total 4 questions (one from each) followed by the opportunity to ask questions about the banks work.

Really friendly talk with the selection committees. Easy question about your past experiences and backgrounds. They really try to make you feel comfortable during the interview.
The previous selection process was only in respect to the submission of your CV and motivation letters.
