It was an online virtual interview with the hiring manager, a key member of the team and a third senior level person from within the department. We covered key areas of skills needed and some situational questions, including giving examples of how I had managed certain situations and what approaches I had to my work.

I had the first round of interviews in Spanish that was a surprise as I had not practiced my answers in Spanish. Then the second round will be with a panel and it’s still in the future so I don’t know if I got the job.
