Intelliswift HR sent the glider assessment to complete. But called next day at 10:30am and scheduled for online interview with Walmart at 11am. I gave the interview and the discussion didn't go well. But still HR called at 12.30pm, confirmed that feedback was not positive but still forced me to complete the assessment as they want to process my profile for different team. I have completed the assessement. HR called again at 6.30pm and asked to share Pan card and photo through mail and I did that too. After that no update for three days. When i called him on 4th day, he said my profile was put "on hold" by client as the expected CTC is higher than their budget. This is brainless. I clearly communicated my expected CTC during first call itself. They simply wasted my time. Advice to peers: Don't take this company seriously. You may treat them as mock interview practice with Walmart guys. Note: The interviewer from Walmart is a nice person. He explained the concepts which i was not aware and also justified why he had to ask questions from those topics and also asked for my feedback on the interview experience.

there were two rounds of interview, the first one was simple core java, servlet, spring questions, in the second round of the interview, both were online interviews there was no coding test.
