My interview started 40 minutes after the scheduled start time. - 1st red flag. I interviewed with the CEO and COO, they proceeded to badmouth all the previous people in the role I was applying for. - 2nd red flag. In addition, they also tried to explain why so many of their employees were disgruntled. Of course the company took no responsibility for their employees being unhappy, employees were just ungrateful - according to iFOS. - 3rd red flag. Despite the warning signs, I accepted the position anyway, thinking I would be able to make a difference. Working at iFOS was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made! You don't have to make the same mistake I did.
It is also important to note that iFOS often advertises for jobs that aren't actually available, and they are not very forthcoming about the status of positions. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
