Well I talked to a co-worker friend of mine and he went to church with one of the executives of this company. Co-worker friend recommended me for a job and after that I received an e-mail from one of the employees to set up the interview My own personal interview was a phone panel interview. There were several people seated around the table in Maryland and I phone in from Texas. They simply wanted to know about my background and how I would fit in with the company.
