The two interviewers were lovely and really tried to put me at ease. I had to do a presentation then answer questions on behaviours and strengths as set out in the job advert. Having these in advance helped me to know what examples I could give. I felt like the interviewers were trying to get the best out of me and asked me follow up questions to ensure I gave as detailed answers as possible.
