I had the first interview with the CTO, a director and another developer that lasted about an hour and asked me about their professional background. I then responded to a form with some technical questions on the same day. A response was expected within 2 to 3 days about whether to proceed to the next phase or not. It's been weeks and they just disappeared, I asked for a status via email and was completely ignored.
