I had a very bad experience while going through the interview process,I got the positive feedback for round one,and Hr(Saili Pawar ) told that i will get a call for the 2nd round,but after several followups also they didn't revert with no response.
Atleast they(Hr people ) should reply to the mail.very pity for the whole management of Intellect being a product company.
I am posting this,so that any other employees will not suffer by these Intellilect(People)

Interview process is good. They have given some case study and 3 days to solve that. Overall it is nice. I used latest deep learning algorithms to solve that. It is related to Entity recognition in invoices.

This company came for our campus. First they shortlisted us based on hacker rank test and after that we had one virtual interview and they announced the result after one week

So I won Intellect AI Hackathone so I got interview chance. So first of all he ask basic question like tell me about yourself. Interviewer doesn't have proper knowledge of NLP. let me tell you why? he ask me to create custom toknizer so I created one than he said you are wrong don't use split use library so I use nltk tokenizer in that dot didn't split than I fix this but he said you have to use Part-of-speech. So he didn't even knowledge that what is Part-of-speech? I also cross how Part-of-speech in that he said figure out yourself. After 2 week they didn't give any response So I ask for follow back HR said "You didn't have experience, So you can't solve that problem. That's why they rejected you" I don't know if they din't want to recruiter why they taking hackthon and take interviews.
