The interview process is pathetic. Yes pathetic. I was called at 10 am sharp in the morning . There was no response till 3pm. I got a chance at around 4:30 and by that they got the candidate they were looking for . I was 2or 3basic Java questions and was asked to leave. Even I was interviewed with 2 more guys on the same table as if they were doing a formality.

Process started of with an aptitude test and qualified members are interviewed. They were interested in who know what they wanted. Overall we have wait for long time and it's not a smooth experience to consider.

I waited for almost 5 hrs for just aptitude test 1st round .. people conducting the interview dont have basic common sense to arrange the resume as per people's arrival time. The worst experience i had .. really its very frustrating... I asked my resume and came back...
