I applied through a recruitment firm. There was a screening process first followed by a call for the recruitment drive. There were 2 rounds of techincal discussion followed by an HR round. First round took 30 mins, wasto test if the candidate has basic skill knowledge Second round took 30 mins was more of an approach based round. They gave a few scenarios and also questioned the approach taken on previous projects.
