Way to long. Delay in getting back to you. Kept you waiting for hours before getting to you in the interview room. No one kept you informed of the process. When called back, was told the contact person had "switched" roles within the company. It was way too lengthy of a process for the skill required to do the job at hand, and for the compensation provided.
